Anne-Catherine began her career as a lawyer at the Brussels bar.
She holds a Master of Laws from the University of London.
Anne-Catherine joined Telos Impact in 2020.
Aude works in the Venture Philanthropy France department. She is responsible for developing a leading family foundation in the area of mental health.
After many years of experience in the area of heritage conservation, Aude developed a solid experience in mental health over the last 10 years.
She has a degree in Art History from the Institut d’Art et d’Archéologie at Sorbonne Université.
Aude joined Telos Impact in 2020.
Baptiste is responsible for finance, administration, and human resources.
Baptiste began his career as consultant at Deloitte. He then developed multiple experiences in entrepreneurship, company management, and freelance consulting.
He holds a Master of Business & Engineering from the University of Namur and a Master of a specialization in Finance from ICHEC.
Baptiste has been with Telos Impact since 2019.
Within the Impact Investing Belgium team, Baptiste works on the themes of water, plastics, and food.
Before joining Telos, Baptiste worked for the Biocoop cooperative and for Finance 3.1, a financial modeling consulting firm.
He is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a degree in Philosophy from Sorbonne University.
Baptiste joined Telos Impact in 2019.
Caroline is part of the Impact Investing Belgium department.
Caroline spent 8 years in the Private Equity department of Rothschild & Co in Paris.
She is a graduate of ESCP Business School.
Caroline has been with Telos Impact since 2019.
Christophe is part of the Venture Philanthropy Belgium department. He specializes in the areas of energy, sustainable agriculture, and water management. Christophe is also in charge of internal coaching and talent development.
Christophe spent 9 years at BCG (Boston Consulting Group), working mainly on social impact, health and retail issues.
He graduated in Aeronautics and Civil Engineering at ULB and VUB.
Christophe has been with Telos Impact since 2020.
Constance is a member of the Venture Philanthropy France team.
Constance has worked for more than 7 years with multiple educational actors in Brazil, France, and the United States.
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, she also holds a master’s degree in International Educational Development from Columbia University.
Constance joined Telos in 2021.
Within the Impact Investing Belgium team, Flavie is in charge of private investments in environmental solutions in Europe and in global private equity funds.
Flavie has 8 years of experience in private equity at the Dutch Development Bank (FMO) in The Hague.
She is a graduate of ESCP Business School and holds a Masters’ degree in Art History from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Flavie joined Telos Impact in 2018.
In the Venture Philanthropy Belgium department, Géraldine is in charge of foundations active in social and environmental issues.
Géraldine began her career as Operations, Sales and Marketing Manager at Sablon Distribution. Then she followed her passion for people by becoming a development and human communication coach for 5 years.
She graduated from Ephec in marketing and is also a NLP master practitioner and certified coach. She has accumulated numerous trainings in non-violent communication and collective intelligence.
Géraldine has been with Telos Impact since 2018.
Guillaume is part of the Impact Investing Belgium team. He is passionate about the climate issue and specializes in sustainable food and circular economy.
Guillaume began his career in the M&A team at KPMG where he spent 4 years.
He holds a master’s degree in Business & Engineering from the Louvain School of Management (UCL).
Guillaume joined Telos Impact in 2019.
Jacques works in the Impact Investing Belgium department.
Jacques brings 20 years of experience in finance, from startup investments to large energy projects, in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He co-founded a private equity fund supporting over 25 impact companies in Latin America.
He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Master in Corporate Finance, and a bachelor’s in economics from UCLouvain.
Jacques joined Telos Impact in 2021.
Laetitia is part of the Venture Philanthropy Belgium circle.
Laetitia worked at the United Nations as well as in various organizations in Belgium and abroad. Her career allowed her to develop expertise in themes such as education and migration issues.
She holds a master’s degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
She joined Telos Impact in 2018.
Marc is Managing Director of Telos Impact.
Before founding Telos, Marc created and managed the Philanthropy and Impact Investing department at Bank Degroof Petercam. He has over 20 years of experience in the impact area.
He is a graduate of ICHEC, College of Europe, and Solvay Business School.
Marc founded Telos Impact in 2015.
Quentin is a member of the Venture Philanthropy team in Belgium. Quentin started his career at Candriam in the responsible investment team where he developed his expertise in sustainable development topics, in particular the circular economy. He holds a master’s degree in business engineering from KU Leuven. Quentin joined Telos in 2021.
Ramona is part of the Impact Investing Belgium team, focusing on the sustainable textile industry.
She draws on her long experience in private equity (notably at JP Morgan and Cobepa) and her entrepreneurial adventure in fashion.
Ramona is a graduate of ICHEC and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
She joined Telos Impact in 2020.
Rosalie is part of the Venture Philanthropy Belgium department, mainly supporting projects related to education and the environment.
Rosalie had a rich experience at the European Commission in the area of development.
She holds a master’s degree in Applied Economics from UCL and a master’s degree in European Economics from the College of Europe.
Rosalie joined Telos Impact in 2020.
Stephanie is part of of the Venture Philanthropy team.
Prior to joining Telos, Stéphanie worked for 6 years at McKinsey & Company.
She is a graduate of CEMS (Catholic University of Louvain) and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Stéphanie has been with Telos since 2019.
Zeina is Office & Administration Manager in Brussels.
Zeina began her career in Entertainment in London and New York. Today, with more than 20 years of experience as an executive assistant in various multinationals, including McKinsey & Cie, Zeina has followed her passion for people by joining Telos.
